Hi guys!Good time of the day to all!
I started brewing my first Christmas ale, recipe is very simple:
1 can Blackrock nut brown ale.
1000 g. light malt extract.
3 Cups Honey
1 kg Light LME Sison
2.5 Teaspoons Ground Ginger
1.5 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Cloves
1 Teaspoon Pure Almond Extract

O.G. 1060
F.G. 1012
It is still in the primary,It fermented well but I miss a bit of thickness of the Christmas Ale,so I wanted to add some frozen raspberries and honey or two cans of cherries in heavy syrup to the secondary.
Any recommendations are welcome,Ive never brew the Christmas Ale before.
Thank you always!

honey will mostly ferment out and won't add any body - idk if the syrup or fruit would add much body either since they are simple sugars

you could try adding a little maltodextrine to help with the body

Thank you for the advice! What do you think can I add some fruits for more flavor in the secondary? And one more question, how to add maltodextrine to the secondary?,just add to wort how much for the 5 gallons?
Thank you.
