Might want to double check the quantity they give you. I've had one kit give me twice the amount of priming sugar than the instructions called for.

Chill those suckers to near freezing. Beer can usually hit -2 celcius before icing over. That should make it easier to pour. Let it sit in a pitcher or class till its warm enough to drink.
I may not be an expert, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express........ 6 months ago.
