This was the first all grain recipe I ever created and is easily the most drinkable ipa that I have ever consumed.

OG 1.075
FG 1.018
ABV 7.48%

10 gallon batch
20lb Maris Otter
2lb cara pils
2lb Munich 20L
2lb Vienna
1lb honey malt
8oz biscuit malt
8oz crystal 60L

Hops
2oz centennial 60 min
2oz centennial 25 min
2oz cascade 10 min
2oz cascade 5 min
.5oz cascade 0 min
Dry hop with .5oz centennial and .5 oz cascade 7 days

Yeast-California ale V

Mash in at 152 for 60 min and sparge to full boil volume at 168 I ferment this recipie for 2 to three weeks in the primary and one week with the dry hops in the secondary.

Had great reviews on this one from the brew club. Looking to make a batch of this for competition in the spring
