Default Is it ok to open for hydrometer reading after 6days??

S it ok to open quickly my hefeweizen fermenting for 6 days now to take a hydrometer reading? Or too early? No movement in airlock??

Did you use honey in your hefe? If not, it is likely ready to bottle.

I give mine 7 days after ferm starts and bottle without measuring the FG for this style.

But yeah, open it, I say. Probably be prepared to bottle soon.
