6lb Light Malt Extract
1.25lb Chocolate Malt - American
.75lb Roasted Barley
1lb Flaked Barley
1oz Target 10.5% @ 30 minutes
British Ale Yeast
Most likely not going to brew this for a month or so. So I've got plenty of time to tweek this.
