Recipe Type: All Grain   
Yeast: US05   
Batch Size (Gallons): 6   
Original Gravity: 1.045   
Final Gravity: 1.005   
IBU: 25   
Boiling Time (Minutes): 15   
Color: 3.5 SRM   
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 20 days at 19c   
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 5 days   
Tasting Notes: Dry, very pale, light braggawd with pungent grapefruit and pine aroma.   

Mash: 4.7lb pale malt, 1/2lb carapils.

15 minute boil.
15m - 1oz Chinook.
0 - 1/2oz Chinook.

Add 4.5lb honey and yeast nutrient to the FV. When fermentation slows down, add 1oz Chinook to dry hop.
