... To all who post here, answer "dumb" newbie questions, etc. This weekend my husband helped me bottle a number of gallons of fruit wine which have been sitting in my wine closet for almost a year. In left them to age in their gallon carboys, thanks to some sound advice, and there was only one gallon (a highly experimental attempt) that didn't make the grade. I'm so proud of myself I could pop and y'all have a hugempartmin how well they came out!!! Mead, methylene, fruit wine....they're awesome and I had to order a new 120- bottle wine rack to hold all I've made! From Ed's Apfelwine to Texas Twang, y'all have had fun recipe ideas, and lots of tips and tricks and reassurance. Prost, y'all!!!!!!
