1 oz Willamette at 15
1 oz Willamette at flameout

Nottingham Yeast

Expected OG: 1.055
Expected FG: 1.013
IBU: ~40

I considered adding a small amount of roasted barley to make it a true american amber/red

Willamette and fuggles are related and very similar but different. Willamette tends to be a bit fruitier in my experience.

Tasting this now, came out awesome! May have to brew a batch with pellet willamette to compare the difference from wet to commercial hops! Click image for larger version
