Default Pumpkin ale pictures!

Pictures from my latest pumpkin ale. It's my first recipe of choosing my own ingredients without cloning another similar recipe.

5.5 lbs of pumpkin mix (mash/secondary), spices (boil/secondary)
flavored pumpkin syrup (secondary)
maple syrup (bottling)
vanilla extract (secondary).

It smells great so far, full of that pumpkin pie aroma. Im hoping the syrup at bottling will add any type of positive flavor to the final product.

Ill play

The carboy on the left is the punkin ale from this forum. Its awesome. The right is my most often brewed beer, the chocolate esb which is fricken delish.. (my own recipe)

Close up of vigorous primary fermentation on the punkin ale.
