Hello all!

I was given one of these kits a few months ago

http://www.wilko.com/home-brew/wilko...MST=chardonnay

and it has been sat in my shed ever since.

I would drink Chardonnay but i'm not particularly keen on it, is there anything i can do to change it up a little.

Maybe use it as a base for a country wine adding fruit to it?

Any tips or advice would be appreciated, i don't want it to go to waste but then again i don't want to have to bottle 30 bottles of nasty Chardonnay taking up space.

Thanks chums!
