Recipe Type: All Grain   
Yeast: White Labs Kolsch   
Yeast Starter: 2 L   
Batch Size (Gallons): 5.5   
Original Gravity: 1.053   
Final Gravity: 1.013   
IBU: 33.48   
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60   
Color: 15.65   
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 days @ 68F   
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 6 weeks @ 40-50F   
Tasting Notes: New Recipe   

11# Best Malz Munich 6-8L
4 oz Weyerman Choco Wheat

3 step Infusion
1. protien rest @ 105F 30min.
2. raise temp to 140F 30min.
3. rasie temp to 152F 45min.

Mash out 160F
Fly Sparge 170F

First wort Hop addition 1 oz Northern Brewer 10% AA
Flavor Hops Sterling 9.3% AA boil 30 min.

Notes: First Swing at this recipe, using non traditional hops. if all goes well will post tasting notes in a few weeks. Cheers!
