So i've got a bit left (perhaps a gallon) of a really nice pumpkin ale after moving to secondary. I've left it in the primary fermenter and thinking I should try something different with it, as it's no big loss if it turns out poorly.
1. It's more of a "pumpkin pie" ale than a vegetal.
2. It's still sitting on the trub.
Any thoughts or experiences?
A spiced rum?
