Default 3 year old beer?

I have a Killian's Irish Red with "DEC10 017 05E" written on it as the expiration/born date. Not sure if this means December 2010 or December 10th... Either way, will it make me sick?

The 10 is the date and the "017" is the year... it's beer from three and a half years in the future!

...it will not make you sick, at least, not any more sick than the same volume of fresh beer. Beer is acidic, alcoholic, and either pasteurized or full of billions of very hungry yeast cells; some nasty-tasting things can live in it, but nothing toxic.
