I was going to brew it last weekend but just didn't have the time. I've got to bottle my brown first and maybe my cider...if I do I might brew another cider..just too easy

Happy brewing

A belgian tommorow, haven't decided on a recipe yet. The following IIPA/barleywine on Sunday though. Both have starters going since yesterday, the belgian is from washed yeast and it is going crazy! So, figured I'd give the other an extra day to catch up.

VCCA. Still trying to tinker with this recipe to get it competition ready. Using WY1056 and honey malt this time around, and changing the hops from Cascade to Hallertau. Also might make some Apfelwein.

Probably the Auburn Amber. Got a hard frost this morning, almost looks like it snowed. So, an afternoon session is called for.

Notta notta....too much studying and no open fermenters.

I might get a recipe formulation in there though. Still need to nail down the Obfuscator.
