Default Texas beer laws

Does anyone happen to know what the distance law is in texas? How close can a brewery be built to a school or church? I cant seem to find that information anywhere.

I'm not aware of any state laws in Texas regarding that, but then again I'm not a lawyer, nor did I stay at a Holiday In Express last night.

I would check with your city zoning department and see what they have to say on the matter.

300 ft. from a school, church or hospital. It can be extended up to 1000 ft in certain cases.
