Recipe Type: All Grain    Yeast: WB-06    Batch Size (Gallons): 6    Original Gravity: 1.056    Final Gravity: 1.012    IBU: 38    Boiling Time (Minutes): 60    Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 days 75°    Additional Fermentation: 2 days 36° before kegging    Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 days 75°    Tasting Notes: Honey, Orange, Wheat, Caramel, Pear, Banana.

3# Simpsons Golden Promise
.5# Gambrinous Honey
.5# CaraFoam
.25# CaraMunich III
.25# Oak Smoked Wheat
.25# CaraWheat
.25# CaraRed
1 tsp. Amylase Enzyme

Mash 4 Gallons 156° 90 minutes
Sparge 4 Gallons 170°

Boil 60 minutes to induce some caramelization
.75 oz. Mosaic 30 min.*
1 oz. Strisselspalt 10 min.*
1 oz. Saphir 10 min.

Instead of the WB-06, I will be using Burton WLP023 for the first batch.
