I recently ordered about 150 pounds of malt from northcountrymalt.com. They sent me a bag of Munich instead of my ordered Pilsner, but they more than made up for it by letting me keep the Munich (what a pain it would have been to return it) and quickly sent me the Pilsner. In New York, they were super fast and shipping costs were reasonable (better to make orders of around 60-70 pounds than one large combined order).
Now I just need to find some recipes to use a boatload of Munich... Any recommendations?
(Just noticed how prices have gone up..good thing I ordered when I did.)
