I tried this for the first time today and man is it good, Might have to find a clone.

I love a good hefeweizen. In fact, three of the first six beers I ever brewed were hefes.
Drinking: Hefeweizen
Carbing/Conditioning/Aging: Nothing
Fermenter #1 (6.5g): Empty
Fermenter #2 (6.5g): Biermuncher's Cream of Three Crops
Fermenter #3 & #4 (1.0g): Empty

They sell the yeast, so it shouldn't be too hard to clone. Now making it as well as they do may be an issue
