Another 1 oz dry sunbeam.

36.65 oz.

Or 2 lb 4.65 oz :-)

Nugget just spurred all over the place. In a month I'll have a lot.

^I'm excited for my first year Nugget, already see some hops and a bunch of burrs. The hops are unripe, but there's already so much lupulin that it can be seen without lifting a bract

3 more dry ounces picked from 2nd year cascade

40 oz from my 3yr year cascade
about 5 oz from my second yr centennial. Might get a few cones from my 2nd yr colombus and saaz.

Brewed a wet hop ale sunday:

12.25 lb 2 row
.75 carapils
.5 crystal 20

1 oz mosaic 60 min
.5 mosaic 30 min

10 oz cascade 15 min
10 oz cascade 10 min
15 oz half cascade half centennial 5 min
10 oz cascade 0 min

steep 45 min
wlp001

dry hop will be 2 oz centennial, 0.5 mosaic, 1 chinook, maybe 1 cascade.

dry hops and 60/30 min additions are pellets. my theory is to keep the grain bill and the yeast very neutral to let the hops shine. So we'll see how it turns out.

When I took the hop bag out of the kettle, it was massive! It looked like about 4 gallon jugs in there. Been fermenting away nicely since sunday.

So 50.65 oz

45 wet oz at 20 to 25% drying weight would be about 9 to 11 oz.

Dried my Willamette harvest.....8.5oz. Just put some in a 100% North Carolina pale ale (wild barley that was growing near my house). Also ended up with 4oz of Chinook.
