Mashed 154F for 60 minutes.
Mashed out at 168F for 10 minutes.
Batch sparged at 170F, collected a total of 26 qts.
Just got this into the keg. I am very happy with how this turned out. It is based off of Jamil's recipe
, but I measured some things wrong so it is slightly different. The next time I make this, I will probably bump the mash temp up to 155F. Probably should have done a slightly bigger starter but I did not have enough DME.
