A buddy of mine is a wheat farmer so he decided to try and malt it so we could brew with it. We have only malted and brewed once so far and it came out pretty good. Does anyone else malt their own grains? If so I would love to see your setup to get ideas to improve the process.

Here's a good thread that started awhile back about growing and malting your own grain. It's a pretty interesting read.
