Default Elderflower wine. First time..

Ok I have apple juice, lemon juice, sugar, yeast, and a basket full of elderflower...
Any hints or tips as I have never done wine before.... I do have some mead in the go so familiar with the basics I think...

Jack keller is my gi to guy for new wine flavors and such. Here are some ideas from him on elderflower wines:

You can substitute the acid blend with your lemon juice if needed.

Thanks for that u will read thoroughly ,,,

Ok here is my freestyle elderflower attempt...
2litre apple juice
Tablespoon and a half of lemon juice...
6 raisins
3/4 kilo of sugar...
Youngs yeast ..(tesco)
A pint of elderflower
Water...

I heated 1 ltr apple juice and added sugar..
Then elderflower
Strained it of and cooled... Put in DJ with other litre of apple juice.. And lemon juice..
Used strained flower in boiling water to top up....
Cooled to room temp, added raisins...
Activated yeast and added it...
Starting grav of 1.080....
