Default a REAL pumpkin beer!

Found this link through Stan Hieronymus' site, Appellation Beer -

That looks pretty cool. I'd be real interested to hear how it turns out.

It looks like the pumpkin molded during fermentation. I hope it didn't get infected.

A brewpub right near me did that last year and are doing it again this year. Pumpkin Brewing
