Default Sacramento Brew Day

I am having another of my famous brew days and am looking for interested brewers.

It is not something formal, but rather, just a bunch of guys getting together to make beer, shoot the breeze, smoke cigars and generally, be guys.

It is on the 17th of Nov from 9 to ???

Interested?

Drop me a line for details.

We had a dozen brewers and various hangers on last year!

Cheers,

knewshound

How often do you have these? Like I said, I'll be on a plane, but I'd love to go to another one sometime...

We try for twice a year, but my other duties sometimes interfere.

I will let you know about the spring fling.

Now, what shall I brew on that day?

I know I have an Xmas stout I need to make for Xmas gifts, but what else??????

Cheers,

knewshound

Would it be alright for some one to show up who has no all grain experience? I want to go all grain soon, but I'd like to see the process before i invest the $$ and more importantly ruin probably my first batch of beer.

Feel free to stop by.

There should be at least 2 all grain batches going so you can get an idea of two separate methods.

Send me an email directly at knewshound@yahoo.com for details.

Hope you can make it!

Cheers,

knewshound
