What yeast do you all recommend for Blackberry wine? I am wanting a sweet wine.

Use Cote de Blanc or Premier Cuvee, ferment to dry and backsweeten to your taste.

I'd go with either Cotes de Blanc or 71B-1122; Have a look at the various yeasts here & make an informed choice:
