This beer is going to be GOOOOOOD. I'll post the recipe in the db in a few. AFter discussions with Evan, I think the recipe was a pretty fair attempt. The sample tasted great. A little hot alcohol wise, but maybe tha twill chill or maybe I just have heartburn after so much beer last night. I couldn't put this one in the keg since it needs to be cellared for a while.

All ready to start


took a sample, hit my target FG dead on


Sample tasted great and the color was gorgeous.

Going into bottling bucket:


All done, 5.25 gallons of Rochefort 10 for an incredible price of 30ish bucks


Evan, yours will be on the way in a couple weeks, need to get my tripel bottled as well.

mumm, looks good. i really need to get my butt moving on brewing one up.
