Final Gravity: 1.013

Boiling Time (Minutes): 90   
Color: 2   
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 days   
Additional Fermentation: kegged, chilled and forced carbed for 4 days   
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 3 days chilled in fermenter at 46F   
Tasting Notes: Crisp, Clear and Refreshing at Day 14!

Another lite yellow fizzy beer for ya peeps who dont like anything else!

Pilsner Malt 3.5 lb
American 2-Row 3.5 lb
Flaked Rice 1.0 lb
American Vienna 0.5 lb
