Batch Size (Gallons): 5   
Original Gravity: 1050   
Final Gravity: 1012   
IBU: 30   
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60   
Color: 5.7   
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 @ 65   
Tasting Notes: Tropical, Orange , nice body very drinkable.   

This is a take on Old Sock/ The Mad Fermentationist/ Modern Times recipe. The beer is an amazing hoppy wheat beer, I felt the need to share the recipe.

5 Pound Wheat Malt
4 lbs Two Row
.75 Pounds CaraVienne

.30 oz Magnum @60
1 oz Citra @10
2 oz Citra @0
1 oz Amarillo @0
2 oz Citra Dry Hop 7-10 Days
1 oz Amarillo 7-10 Days

0 Min addition hop stand for 30 min. before cooling ASAP.

Yeast 001/1056/US05
Mash 155

Next: Oro de Calabaza Clone, Backwoods Bastard Clone, House IPA, House APA, German Hefe.

Drinking very well. Great fluffy off white head lasts forever. Tropical, sweet orange peel. Nice body from the wheat, slight sweetness from the caravienna. Will be brewing this a couple more time before summer is over.

I was thinking about adding this recipe, but luckily decided to search first to see if it was here. I love this beer. You get an easy drinking beer with some amazing IPA-like hop qualities. Perfect for any hop head who is looking for something less heavy than an IPA. I'll try and get a picture up later, but it cleared up really nicely for a wheat beer. I used a slightly different hop schedule than what you have so I'll post what I did. This follows pretty closely to the 3rd iteration of the recipe. I also used WLP090 for the yeast, which finished this beer up quickly.

OG: 1.047
FG: 1.010

4.5 lbs White Wheat Malt
4 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row)
0.75 lbs Caravienne Malt
0.7 oz Magnum (14%) 60.0 min
2 oz Citra 0.0 min
1 oz Amarillo 0.0 min
1 oz Amarillo Hop Stand
1 oz Citra Hop Stand
2 oz Citra Dry Hop
0.5 oz Amarillo Dry Hop

* Let the 0 min addition sit for 30 minutes before adding the Hop Stand addition. The wort was around 180 for this addition. Let stand for another 30 minutes and then cool quickly.

The hop flavor is just right, and it really has a complex flavor for such an easy drinker. I'm definitely going to be doing this one again.

Let the 0 min addition sit for 30 minutes before adding the Aroma Steep addition. The wort was around 180 for this addition. Let stand for another 30 minutes and then cool quickly.

For water I used 10 gallons of RO purified water, combined with 2 tsp calcium chloride, 2 tsp gypsum, and added 3 oz of acidulated malt to the mash.

I added the 2.5 oz dry hop to the primary. I was going to add the same amounts again in the keg as he did in the blog, but it tasted great as it was, so I just started drinking it. That picture above ended up being the last beer out of the keg. It went quick!
