I've been looking and searching but still nit clear
I have a 30l sanke keg (European) opened and ready fir cleaning etc. I also have a dark Lager that has Been Lagered for 8 wks. To be clear I am hooking this keg up to a Beer line in my pub...it is NOT fir sale just fir me after hours etc.
My confusion is regarding carbing. Do I fill the keg (23l of Beer) and just connect to the gas line and let sit fir a Day or so before pulling the first pint or how to-do I it. Any advice would help
