Just an idea, is there any problem with splitting the grain bill over two smaller mash tuns?
Have a beer on me.

all grain, i'm not really upgrading equipment atm... maybe in the spring, but i've got a new eager partner in crime...

i brought my little brother on board with me. he's been footing the grain and hops bill in exchange for the use of my equipment and knowledge and energy supply

he's building us a brew stand this weekend for sundays batch. brewing beer always makes watching the browns get slaughtered easier to take
A barrel of malt, a bushel of hops, you stir it around with a stick
The kind of lubrication to make your engine tick

never argue with an idiot, they'll just drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
