Default First all grain kegged. Aging?

So I just kegged my first all grain yesterday. A Cali common. It looks great. The recipe/directions say age in the keg for 30 days at 67 degrees. Would anybody go into the fridge earlier than that? Thoughts? Thanks!

I moved it to the proper place!

I wouldn't age a steam beer at room temperature. I'd cold age it, a lagering period, as that "crisps" it up quite a bit.

Yeah, I'd probably age it in the fridge as well. Plus that way you can start the carbing process so its ready to go once the aging is done, assuming you can keep the liquid line unhooked and prevent yourself from "sampling" to see how its coming along .

Thanks guys, that's kinda what I was thinking to. So, cold as the fridge is normally or a warmer temp?
