I know the water book keeps getting bumped back and the sours book isn't slated until 2015, but....who is working on the malt book for the brewing elements series? It would be invaluable to have a guide to the overwhelming variety of specialty malts we have available.

The only thing worse than dumping beer is serving beer you should have dumped.

From Diary of a Hophead interview in 3/24/13 with John Mallett of Bells:

"Mallett: The book Iím writing right now is on malt and malting. Itís part of a series the Brewers Association is putting out on the raw materials of beer. Thereís one on water, thereís one on hops."
