Default cooling down carboy

whats a god way to get the temp down?
i live in a apt building and dont have a cool basement to store my carboy in. need to drop the temp down about 5 degrees.

anyone have suggestions?

Do search on Swamp coolers. Basically is a rope handled tub you place your carboy in. fill it with water and add some frozen water bottles.
