Just a heads up that Sitka Spruce tips have just budded and are ready for picking. I found some nice ones in the Olympia area yesterday and they smell of fresh hops with no resinous/turpentine flavors. I will post my Sitka pale ale recipe here shortly, anyone have a recipe to share?
