I haven't tried the rice syrup solids, but we use some brown rice syrup and Belgian Candi Syrup/Sugar for some color and flavor.

Good Luck and Cheers!

Yep, that was me. The recipe I found uses the Amber Candi Syrup - not sure if there's a huge difference. Brown rice syrup would be a cool option also.

Thanks!

Care to share the recipe?

My wife also has to do gluten-free and my last batch tasted like fermented grapefruit juice (and she doesn't like grapefruits!). I could use some brownie points.

It's the Gluten Free APA #1 on the BeerSmith website. I'm hoping it works out.

No, just the regular Briess Vienna.

Thanks everyone for the orders! Everything should be ready to ship Tuesday at the latest.

Hope everyone is having a great Mother's Day.

Cheers!

I ordered yeast and a diptube brush in one order..i thought it was a big mistake after the translation was complete because of of the fear that the package would not be suitable for my yeast.
I received my package in a timely manner and the yeast was in a separate sealed pouch with the Ice pack in perfect condition..(still cool and no bloated pouches)
Thanks for the free shipping code and great customer service Brad.
