My plan is to make a 10g batch of Kolsch next weekend. 5g of which I am going to add Raspberry to. I am thinking of adding Lactose to increase the sweetness a bit. Having never used lactose I am hoping for a little guidance (when and how much?)

A sweet stout will use 4-8 oz. per 5 gallons.
