Looks like ill have to try this. What are the properties of el dorado? Never heard of that hop.

Yakima Valley Hops and Niko Brew both have them.

I've had these hops in an IIPA and it was over-the-top fruity.

I used them (from the same batch of hops) and haven't had that fruitiness. I've used the El Dorado twice for pale ales, and then for this wheat beer.

This beer was really good. Despite the crystal and honey malts, it is a fairly light beer with a nice flavor. Make sure to use at least the IBUs I did, or decrease the crystal malts, to keep it balanced. I'm certain I'll make it again.

This is a really good beer. I tried it and immediately bought some more El Dorado!
