I'm sitting at my computer, working on a class for my MBA, drinking a glass of mead (bochette). It is oh so fricking smooth, full bodied, smokey, and warm. My class sucks (HR) but drinking a glass of mead while I slog through it makes it easier.

May the people of this forum, who taught me to make a bochet, be blessed with good ferments, quick aging, and ever-flowing honey!

Bochet is a gift from the gods. Certifiably.
