Default trying to create a beer for my bmc friends

9# 2 row
1# flaked corn
1/2# carapils
1/2# crystal 60
1oz. Cascade for 60min.
safale s-04

Trying to convince my friend to try home brew not sure about this recipe but I thought it may be light enough. Any suggestions? Thanks

Sounds fine, but for a tried and true recipe, but might I suggest http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f62/crea...eam-ale-66503/ ? Certainly not a BMC clone, but it's the one beer that even my most loyal BMC friends really like. (I do too BTW)
