Hi I have got some Chardonnay in my fermentation bucket, I did it 3 days ago, my airlock bubbled for first 2 days but stopped now!!...what do I do??

Absolutely nothing. Seriously, yeast get performance anxiety sometimes, especially when you're stressing. Chill out and have a glass of wine.

If you're really worried you can compare today's SG to tomorrow's.

Also, airlock activity isn't an indication of fermentation activity. Buckets leak, CO2 stays in solution. Many wine makers don't bother using an airlock until secondary.

Visible signs of fermentation are meaningless...check it with a hydrometer.

Just because something CAN ferment, does not mean it SHOULD be fermented.
