First off, thanks for a great forum. This is my first post but I've done a good bit a reading before I started my first attempt this past Saturday. Everything went well except that I was too excited to pitch my yeast I forget to take a hydrometer reading...lol. Not a big deal though. My first batch of American Amber Ale is currently bubbling away.
