They say that two breweries have brewed with it, I'd like to hear from them directly.

Yeah, me too. They might still be in the evaluation phase of the product as well.

I agree. I think he said that they had been using them for a month. Is the first batch even ready to drink yet?

Don't expect tasty results any time soon.

They saved a week on fermenting and now they'll spend 3 years on conditioning it.

It has to be more than that. My guess is they have isolated reproduction incompetent mutants (and who knows what else that brings along to the party).
