They say that two breweries have brewed with it, I'd like to hear from them directly.

I agree. I think he said that they had been using them for a month. Is the first batch even ready to drink yet?

Don't expect tasty results any time soon.

They saved a week on fermenting and now they'll spend 3 years on conditioning it.
