Soooo, newby to this site, (love it!!) and I have a question?
I'll be brewing a monster batch of Citra Double IPA (clone) from a recipe I got from BeersSmith page:
For some reason, my L.A. water is smelling very chorinated and I'll be using RO water from a vendor down the block. My question is what sort of additives or adjunct do you awesome dudes think I should put back into the RO water since it's devoid of anything, almost. I'm at a loss, but have read to put in some calcium carbonate and gypsum. But the quantities is unknown.
I'll be brewing 12 gallon all-grain. Any advise will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
