Hi everyone,

My sister is looking for a home brewing store in her area, Charlotte NC.

I know that there is a small craft winery near Gastonia that sells home brew supplies. Can't remember the name...

+1 Alternative Beverage. I've only been to the South Blvd location but its a good shop. Cool people and a good selection.

alternative beverage which was mentioned has several locations across the Charlotte metro area - ebrew.com will take you to the site where you can look for locations that might be closer to you - also 201 central also carries supplies, these are the new Harris Teeter concepts specifically for wine and beer and they also carry products from alternative beverage http://www.201central.com/

I use both on a regular basis.

Make the drive to the Belmont warehouse. It'll be worth the trip. I go there for all my brewing supplies and now I'm starting to think about wine making. Very knowledgable people there.
