Default Fermenting in a 28qt alluminum steamer?

I am curious about fermenting in an aluminum steamer. I do have carboys but they are all occupied. What are your thoughts?

Could work. Might not work to condition in there. It may be possible to rotate schedule. How long until you have a free carboy?

about 2 weeks, I decided to brew 3 separate batches in one day and my dad being an avid beer drinker and hard head wants to try and brew something on his own and is convinced that he can use it. its not a new steamer so the inside is oxidized plenty, that the only issue I have read thus far. oh and I always bottle condition my brews.
