What I do is a black QD/ beer line (about 5')/black QD.
Put some co2 in the receiving keg. Then, put the first black QD on the original keg, and set the regulator for 2-3 psi, just enough to push the beer. Put the other black QD on the "new" keg and pull the pressure relief valve. Every few seconds, pull the relief valve again. This keeps the beer flowing, but under c02 so it doesn't risk oxidation and it doesn't foam as much under 2 psi or so, and through the "out" diptube means no splashing.
