Default Too good....

Ever brew a beer for competition that tastes so good, you wonder if any of it will survive to the actual beer competition?

I think I have a new house IPA....

Those are the ones worth sending..... but I know what you mean. I was staring at my last two bottles of a great Pilsner I brewed - trying to decide on sending them off to NHC...... wondering - "Damn, maybe I should just drink them up and enjoy them myself."

+1 on sharing a recipe I am still in the market for a house IPA!
