Credit where credit is due. I based this recepie off of a recepie here that I saw not too long ago. It used different hops in different amounts.

I wanted this to be a little more hoppy than a usual blonde ale, because I wanted the fuggles to really shine here. The malts were chosen again to put the hops center stage.

I got high hopes for this one!

Well I need to update this recepie and say wow! It turned out great!

It's simple yellow fizzy beer that has some depth and character.

It's light and easy to drink and won't knock you on your ass. The next time I do this I will probably only use aroud 4lbs DME and lower the ABV more.

The hop profile is very complex and has enough bitterness to keep me coming back for more.

It's a great summer drinker.
