Hey,

Just picked up a kit to brew this. Thinking of adding some wood chips soaked in J W double black whiskey, and a tiny bit of chocolate as well into the secondary after about a month in the primary.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

Was also thinking about going with hazelnut coffee beans in the secondary with the cocoa and the double back whiskey. Still good?
