Default Oxiclean question

I used this regular Oxiclean instead of the Oxiclean FREE to clean my better bottle. Is that okay?

its OK, Just keep it hot.

the residue problems are from long soaks where the water cools off.

Ya it is OK but I Use just a little and do it cold....

(sorry to disagree with amandabab).
Use less and a longer soak,,, say over night, with cool water.

Next day HOT RINSE.
Using a low concentration, cool water, and a hot rinse will make sure you do not build up any "SCALE" which would ruin your beer.

Like all chemicals it is a question of Duration or Concentration.

You may have a problem with the perfume in it.

I agree - find yourself some oxi-free or use pbw. I suspect there is a perfume in the regular stuff.
